For professional accounts (Creator or Business) that authorize PhoneDesk once through Connect. Reels go out with the audio that is in the clip; a sound from Instagram's library can only be added in the app (use Phone posting for that). Stories go out as plain image or video stories: Meta's API takes no sticker, so no link sticker, poll or music; what a story can carry is a mention of another account (the "Tag accounts" field). Each account may carry its own proxy; every call Meta receives for that account goes through it.
Views, reach, interactions and link taps are Meta's account numbers summed over the window (each day = the last 24 h at that day's last check; a check runs every 6 hours, "Check" or "Check all now" runs one now). vs before compares with the window just before this one. Followers shows the change across the window once two days of data exist. Posts are what PhoneDesk published in the window, with their own views (read 1 h, 24 h, 3 d and 7 d after publishing). Stats on a row opens the day-by-day table.

The clips the rules and "Post by hand" draw from. Shared with Phone posting. Reels: mp4/mov; stories: mp4/mov or jpg/png. A rule can draw from one tag only; no tag = any clip.
"Edit" on a video opens the cutter: trim it, add more clips after it, and save the result as a new clip in the pool (the original stays).
Health is checked every few hours: ok; unreachable (Meta did not know the account once); banned (twice in a row: banned, disabled or deleted; nothing more is planned for it); restricted (a publish refused with Meta's restriction wording); reach drop (reach under 30 % of the account's usual week, the one visible sign of a flag); reauth (token dead, press Reconnect). Views are Meta's last 24 h for the account, and the 7-day total over its posts; accounts connected before the insights permission existed must be reconnected once to show views.
