⚠The server keeps these on a disk that does not survive a redeploy (no /data volume). After a redeploy, copy the app from a phone again — it takes a minute.

Each computer runs the PhoneDesk owner app. Phones whose computer still runs an old owner app wait in the queue until it is updated. "Update agents now" restarts a computer into an update it has downloaded (its phones reconnect in about 20 s), or makes it check for one right now.
